Non-medic here. Fabulous presentation. I have two home table top units (LED). I use them all over my body (but I don't overdo it; I know there is a sweet spot for usage). I read on PubMed somewhere about a study on mice, using photobiomodulation for stem cell stimulation, targeting the shins (pretty tiny target). To my untrained eye, human shins are a good target as they are long bones and very close to the skin surface. I lay my lighter (less heavy) unit on my prone shins and use both Red and NIR in pulse mode for 10 minutes, every other day. I also do the same thing on my chest, targeting my lungs. An excellent, reputable MD on UA-cam is a big proponent of Red and NIR for Covid and other lung infections. But from this presentation, I learned about targeting the sternum for stem cell activation. Being a layman, I never thought of that but now I know that my lung treatment is also targeting my sternum. Thanks for this excellent lesson. As a non-medic, I found it easy to follow and understand.

Hi Fellow Canadian! I would like to know it cures spasticity? I had a TBI by falling of the stairs, after severe physical therapy I was able to walk without a walking frame briefly, but spasticity started and I have gone down to a point I can't even walk one step after 2 months. I would like to know if it will cure my spasticity, I couldn't find any prove it can help. Thank you!

I am so pleased to say.. I started this treatment Friday.. my neurologist told me there was nothing more they could do but offered me pills.. I'm looking forward life it's been 4 years after my car accident.. I'm praying this will work... ty 4 doing all you do...
